Must apply within 30 days after degree completion. Must have employment offer before applying. Degree program students have 18 months total, including before and after degree. Post-doctorate students are permitted up to 36 months if the training is supervised by an academic institution. |

No minimum period; full-time. If over 12 months, student forfeits Academic Training. Must be in US for 9 months. Some exceptions, must enroll 3 hrs. |
